Our Acerola Cherries are sourced from a 2000-acre family farm nestled in Brazil's Northeast, where they cultivate the finest organic acerola cherries known for their exceptional vitamin C content, yielding 2 thousand metric tons annually. Our method prioritizes quality, with cherries rich in at least 25% natural vitamin C. We nurture the soil with natural fertilizers and worms, use pathogen-free irrigation, and hand-harvest cherries thrice yearly at their peak green stage for optimal vitamin C. After gentle washing and drying; we grind the cherries without adding ascorbic acid to increase the vitamin C amount. Our water-based extraction preserves the fruit's natural vitamin C.
